Free Online Workshop

Join a free guided online drum journey in a welcoming community setting. Beginners are welcome. You can bring a drum or rattle if you have one, or simply listen and follow the beat.

In-Person Workshops
Insight. Community. Transformation.
Jung for Life is an immersive small-group experience combining Jungian psychology, personality type, yoga and qigong, breathwork, active imagination, shamanic journeying, human-connection exercises, and guided group experiences.
The emphasis is experiential: ideas become practices you can feel, reflect on, and carry home. Workshops are offered in different cities several times a year and are intentionally kept small — typically 10–20 participants, depending on the venue.
